
Regulations for the International Competition organised by the Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council (IHAC) at the International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS) and the International ‘Apollon’ Areopagus of the Arts (AAA) under the auspices of the Oxford Educational Network (OEN) and the UN Global Compact (UNGC)
The UNESCO–APOLLO International Competition is held by the IUFS at the IHAC and the IAAP under the auspices of the IPSP, the OEN and the UNGC.
1. The IHAC at MUFO conducts and organises UNESCO international competitions in a variety of topical scientific and culturally significant categories included in the International Nomenclature of Specialities of the MVUS at MUFO (www.iufs.edu , www.mufo.ru), comprising a total of 45 sub-sections.
2. The IHAC at the IUFS and the Apollon organise and conduct the selection of candidates for the award of honorary titles of diploma holders of International Competitions, with the issuance of corresponding diplomas of the 1st, II and III, and subsequently, from the total number of diploma holders, approximately 10% of applicants are selected for the conferral of the honorary title of laureate, with the award of corresponding certificates of the International Competition in the most relevant fields of activity of the Oxford Educational Network, UK; the Cambridge Association of Managers, UK; the UN Global Compact, USA; and California University FCE, USA,
3. International competitions are held continuously throughout the year in accordance with the programme of activities of the International Union of Scientific Societies (IUSS) under the International Federation of Scientific Organisations (IFSO) for various exhibitions, international scientific conferences and congresses, including the annual World Scientific Congresses of the IUSS under the IFSO, held under the auspices of the International Council for Science (ICSU), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) and the UN Global Compact.
4. Particular attention will be paid to charitable humanitarian activities relating to various UNICEF children’s programmes, as well as to global projects and international programmes agreed with the MPBM, the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the UN General Assembly.
5. A variety of international programmes will be implemented on the basis of the “Philosophy of Interaction” and the concept of the harmonious development of the individual and humanity.
